Healthcare professionals using our platform agree to:

• Maintain valid and current professional licenses and certifications
• Provide accurate and truthful information about qualifications and experience
• Comply with all applicable healthcare regulations and standards
• Maintain professional conduct at all times during placements
• Report any changes in licensure status or qualifications immediately

5. Healthcare Facilities

Healthcare facilities using our platform agree to:

• Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
• Comply with all applicable employment and healthcare regulations
• Maintain a safe and compliant working environment for placed professionals
• Process payments according to agreed-upon terms
• Provide timely feedback on placed healthcare professionals

6. Placement and Employment

Crown Medstaff acts as an intermediary connecting healthcare professionals with healthcare facilities. We do not guarantee employment or specific placements. All employment relationships are between the healthcare professional and the facility, subject to their mutual agreement and applicable laws.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms vary depending on the type of service and placement. Specific payment arrangements will be outlined in individual contracts or agreements. General terms include:

• Facilities agree to pay placement fees as outlined in service agreements
• Healthcare professionals will be compensated according to their employment or contract agreements
• All payments must be made in USD unless otherwise agreed
• Late payment fees may apply as specified in individual agreements

8. Confidentiality and Privacy

All parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared through the platform. This includes patient information, proprietary business information, and personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect and use data.

9. Intellectual Property

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Crown Medstaff and Solutions and its licensors. The platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Crown Medstaff and Solutions, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
